All our services and deliveries are provided exclusively on the basis of the following Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the website dtfplus.eu.
1.2 All deliveries and services are carried out exclusively for business customers (B2B) holding a valid VAT ID number.
1.3 Deviating or supplementary terms of the customer are not accepted unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The subject of the contract is the sale of goods and services. All offers on our website are non-binding. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
2.2 By placing items in the shopping cart and completing the checkout, you submit a binding purchase offer. Before submitting, you can review and edit all details.
2.3 The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation from us via email.
2.4 Order processing and all communication take place via email. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and able to receive our messages.
3. Retention of Title
3.1 Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
3.2 Ownership remains with us until all claims from the business relationship are settled in full.
4. Warranty
4.1 Statutory warranty rights for B2B customers apply.
4.2 Customers are required to check deliveries immediately upon receipt for completeness, visible defects, transfer quality, and transport damage. Failure to notify us immediately does not affect your statutory rights but helps us process claims faster.
4.3 Color reproduction: Please note that colors on printed products may differ from those displayed on screens due to monitor settings and printing technology. Minor variations are industry standard and do not constitute defects.
4.4 We are not liable for defects caused by incorrect handling, improper processing, or misuse of our products.
4.5 We are not liable for consequential damages, such as incorrect pressing, dye migration, or washing errors.
5. Liability Disclaimer
5.1 You are solely responsible for providing print-ready files. We may reject or delay orders if files do not meet our requirements.
5.2 We do not check submitted data for spelling, accuracy, or trademark/copyright issues.
5.3 We are not liable for intellectual property violations in customer files. Orders containing illegal or offensive content may be refused.
5.4 Files must follow the specifications published on our website.
5.5 We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrectly prepared files (low resolution, wrong layers, gradients, small elements, etc.).
5.6 We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incorrect data submission.
5.7 Files are archived for up to 2 weeks after order completion.
6. Complaints
6.1 Complaints must be submitted by email to: info@dtfplus.eu
6.2 A detailed description of the defect and the scope of the claim must be included.
6.3 Complaints must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving the order.
6.4 We process complaints within 3 working days, excluding public holidays. Customers may be asked to return part or all of the order.
6.5 Complaints received after 4:00 PM are considered submitted the next working day.
6.6 Color variations between screen display and print cannot be grounds for complaint.
6.7 Minor color variations between print runs or machines are possible and do not justify complaints.
6.8 Complaints related to courier services require a written damage report signed with the courier.
6.9 Maximum compensation for a defective order is limited to the order value.
6.10 We are not liable for shipping delays after handover to the courier. Claims are possible only in the event of proven loss of the shipment.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are only liable for our own actions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as shipping carriers.
7.2 Customers are required to perform test prints on their target material before full production. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to test.
7.3 We are not liable for product damage caused by improper handling or use.
7.4 For DTF printing on polyester, customers must wait at least 3 days after a test press to check for dye migration.
7.5 Liability is limited to the order value.
8. Governing Law
8.1 Polish law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of MULTIMA GROUP in Rzeszów, Poland.
8.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Prices and Payment
9.1 Prices shown include all applicable taxes. For imports, the customer is responsible for local taxation.
9.2 Shipping costs are shown separately and must be paid in addition to the purchase price.
9.3 Available payment methods are listed on our website.
9.4 Invoices and delivery notes are issued exclusively in electronic PDF format to the email address provided.
10. Re-issuing Invoices & Documents
10.1 Lost invoices can be re-issued within 3 months of the original issue date.
10.2 Requests outside this period may be subject to a handling fee of €45.
10.3 Unless there is a legal right to re-issuance, these rules apply.
11. Delivery Terms
11.1 Available shipping methods and costs are listed on our website.
11.2 We may deliver orders in partial shipments.
11.3 Delivery time depends on the product type and order volume. The period begins once all necessary documents are received.
11.4 For business customers, delivery is at the customer’s risk.
11.5 We are not liable for courier delays. Delivery times are non-binding and based on courier estimates.
12. Order Changes
12.1 Changes to confirmed orders may incur an additional fee, with a minimum of €5.00.
