Our 8 roll-to-roll DTF production lines allow us to print and ship more than 1,200 linear meters every day. Transfers are produced on carefully selected HOT-PEEL film (peeled off while still hot) with a roll width of 60 cm and a maximum print width of 58 cm.
Printing is done in the CMYK color space with calibrated and continuously monitored colors. We use inks from the renowned manufacturer SUN CHEMICAL, which meet strict ecological and safety standards, confirmed by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certifications. Transfers are coated with a medium-grain polyurethane adhesive, giving them both high flexibility and a soft touch.
